FMC Technologies inks $45M deal with StatoilHydro

NEW YORK - Oilfield services company FMC Technologies Inc. said Monday that it received a $45 million order from the Norwegian oil group StatoilHydro to supply subsea equipment for an oil and gas production development.

The contract requires FMC to provide four subsea trees, wellheads, tubing hangers, flow meters and other offshore support services for StatoilHydro's Asgard development in the Norwegian sea.

FMC plans to deliver the equipment starting this summer.
