NEW YORK - Shares of aerospace and defense companies fell Wednesday morning, as reports that Iran had test-fired missiles lifted the price of oil.
Oil prices rose $1.44 to $137.48 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, after decreasing more than $9 over the last two sessions.
Here are early results for a few key stocks in the sector:
Honeywell International Inc. fell 48 cents to $50.99.
United Technologies Corp. fell 16 cents to $61.61.
Lockheed Martin Corp. fell 57 cents to $103.24.
Boeing Co. rose 78 cents to $66.70.
