In June, Apria said Blackstone would acquire the health care company for $21 per share in cash, or about $921.9 million. Shares of Apria closed Wednesday at $18.94.

The sale of Apria is still subject to other conditions, including shareholder approval.

The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
