Thor sells towables business to its management

JACKSON CENTER, Ohio - Low-cost RV producer Thor Industries Inc. said Thursday that it sold its Thor California travel trailer and fifth wheel business to MVP RV Acquisition Corp., a new corporation owned by the company's management team.
