WOOD DALE, Ill. - Aerospace supplier AAR Corp. said Tuesday it has received a contract from the U.S. Army valued at $26 million.

AAR will provide containerized roll-in/out platforms, which are used primarily to transport ammunition. The specialized equipment will be manufactured by AAR Summa Technology based in Cullman, Ala., through June 2011.
AAR shares rose 2 cents to $13.46 in afternoon trading.
