Pa. man charged with murder after fatal crash

PHILADELPHIA - Police say a man rammed his car into another vehicle several times in Philadelphia, killing his relative and critically injuring four others, including a 1-year-old.

Shawn Bender has been charged with one count of murder and four counts of attempted murder. Police say the 12:30 a.m. Wednesday crash happened after a domestic dispute.

Homicide Capt. James Clark says all the people involved are related. But he says police aren't sure where the domestic dispute started or what it involved.
