The chart shows the movement started from 1.5782. It is clearly corrective in nature but the question is if this movement is wave X or wave A. In a case it is wave X, we could see a sell-off from here. However in a case it is wave A, one should expect stronger recovery to 1.5940 before down. A key support is 1.5782 so I will buy on dips with stop loss at 1.5780

Trading strategy: 11:36 EST; 16:36 GMT

The long positions from 1.5875 was closed at 1.5815 with loss 60 pips

Buy again on dips to 1.5830, stop loss 1.5780, target - open
