FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Employment in the United States has increased in July, despite the market expectations of a sharp decline, similar to the one posted last month, according to figures released by ADP.
Private non farm employment has increased by 9,000 persons in July, on a seasonally adjusted basis, following a decline of 79,000 employments in June, revised up from the previously estimated 77,000 decline.
This month's increase has been due to the rise in the services providing sector, which posted a net increase of 74,000 employments, the goods producing sector has posted a 65,000 decline, and employment in the manufacturing sector declined by 49,000.
