HOUSTON - Comfort Systems USA Inc. said Monday it acquired Delcard Associates Inc., a fellow provider of commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning services, for an undisclosed amount.

Comfort Systems said in a statement that Delcard's 2007 revenue totaled about $45 million.
Delcard, based in Wilmington, Del., is the third such company Comfort Systems has purchased since the start of the year. In March, Comfort Systems bought Redmond, Wash.-based Merit Mechanical Inc., and in April it acquired Phoenix-based Conditioned Air Mechanical Services Inc.
The company did not disclose the terms of either of those deals.
