ZURICH, Switzerland - General Dynamics Corp. is buying airline service company Jet Aviation Group for an undisclosed sum, the Swiss-based company said Tuesday.

Jet Aviation, which specializes in customizing aircrafts for corporate customers, said General Dynamics of Falls Church, Va., will acquire all its shares from current owner Dreamliner Lux Sarl.
Dreamliner Lux is part of the British investment fund Permira.
Jet Aviation has 5,600 employees worldwide. Its U.S. headquarters are in Teterboro, N.J.
