Jessica Alba reveals post-pregnancy weight loss secrets

Jessica Alba lost 25 lbs in two months after giving birth to her first baby girl Honor Marie, People Magazine reported.

The actress went through a low-fat, low-carb diet and worked out with a routine with core exercises, cardio and circuit training and working out at an elliptical machine and a treadmill at her home, the source reported.

"I never felt less sexy," Alba said last month, referring to her pregnancy. "I mean, I wouldn't have changed it for the world ... but I wanted to get rid of all the weight," she added according to Cosmopolitan Magazine, U.K.

Alba's trainer said that although the baby girl comes first, the actress also set goals for herself.
