NEW YORK - Shares of some top telecom companies are mixed at noon:

Quotes

ATT	26.01	-0.09
Q	3.49	-0.09
S	2.85	0.02
VZ	29.56	0.25

AT&T Inc rose $.12 or .4 percent, to $30.92.

Qwest fell $.04 or 1.1 percent, to $3.71.

Sprint Nextel rose $.11 or 1.2 percent, to $9.14.

Verizon rose $.49 or 1.4 percent, to $34.69.
