NEW YORK - Shares of some top biotechnology companies were mixed at the close of trading:

AMGN	52.63	2.5
BIIB	37.77	-2
CELG	47.32	-3.72
DNA	72.25	-0.78
GILD	40.16	-1.37

Amgen rose $.37 or .6 percent, to $64.08.

Biogen Idec rose $.24 or .5 percent, to $51.33.

Celgene fell $.86 or 1.2 percent, to $69.99.

Genentech rose $.55 or .6 percent, to $98.45.

Gilead Sciences fell $.54 or 1.0 percent, to $53.21.
