NEW YORK - Tim Gunn, style guru and mentor of the TV show "Project Runaway" said Disney's teen female star Miley Cyrus is "too tarty" and looks ten years older.
"Miley Cyrus is just a little too tarty, forgive me," he said. "I don't want her to look like she's going into a convent school, but it's just a little too much for a 15-year old. If I didn't know better, I'd swear she was 25" he told to OK! Magazine in an article published on Wednesday.
Cyrus will be one of the presenters at the MTV Video Music Awards Ceremony in Los Angeles on September 7, along with "Highschool Musical" stars Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens among many other actors and musicians, MTV reported today.
Gunn also talked about actress Katie Holmes who has been spotted in New York City wearing baggy jeans as she goes to her rehearsals for Broadway. He said that Holmes changed from a little farm girl to European royalty, but also said he "can't explain" her new look of baggy jeans adding she is right now in a "dip," reports People Magazine.
Gunn, 55, began to appear in the "Project Runaway" show since 2004 and has a reality show on the Bravo television network called "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" that debuted on September 2007.
