New York-based Tribal DDB is a digital advertising agency that is part of Omnicom Group's DDB Worldwide.
Wrigley's brands include Juicy Fruit, Altoids, Life Savers and Freedent.
Shares of Wrigley were flat at $79.45 in afternoon trading.
