NEW YORK - Shares of some top homebuilders companies are mixed at noon:

Quotes

CTX	10.52	-0.58
DHI	7.14	-0.68
HOV	2.2	-0.09
LEN	7.92	-0.58

Centex rose $.08 or .5 percent, to $15.82.

DR Horton rose $.11 or .9 percent, to $12.16.

Hovnanian fell $.22 or 3.4 percent, to $6.18.

Lennar rose $.13 or 1.0 percent, to $12.62.
