Not every fan of the University of Idaho's Vandals football team liked the tempting two-piece uniforms cheerleaders worn during the fall season, with some even calling the clothes too "skimpy."

Fans and spectators said the uniforms, which were worth $4,200, were inappropriate. The complaints prompted the squad to replace them for less revealing ones.

The new uniforms are reportedly black and silver, the Associated Press reported today. The two piece uniform will include a more discreet halter-style top and a skirt six inches longer and will be used for the first time in early October.

An adviser and fundraiser for the squad noted that even some girls of the cheering team were not comfortable with the outfit. "Girls are just bigger these days, not everybody's a size zero," said Shelly Robson "We're not being a bunch of prudes."

A Few weeks ago, the Idaho Vandals removed the logo of the University which was stamped on the back of the pants
