Yingli will supply Solarstrom with modules that can generate 36.8 megawatts of power, more than all the panels Yingli has shipped to Solarstrom over the last three years, Yingli said.
Yingli also said it had expanded its manufacturing capacity ahead of schedule. It has completed trial production runs for 200 megawatts of annual production capacity, taking its current capacity to 400 megawatts per year.
Yingli has sold "substantially all" of its production for the rest of the year, it said.
U.S.-listed shares of Yingli fell 53 cents, or 4 percent, to $12.66 in midday trading.
