Cablevision Systems Corp. announced Tuesday that it will underwrite the administrative costs of the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer's public awareness campaign.
Foundation President Dr. Robert Vizza says that because Cablevision has agreed to assume the administrative costs of its campaign, every dollar donated to the organization will go directly toward pancreatic cancer research.
Cablevision is one of the largest cable operators in the country. It also owns movie theaters, Madison Square Garden, sports teams and newspapers.
