NEW YORK - Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:

Quotes

AET	17.68	-0.62
CI	8.82	-0.06
CVH	10.57	0.56
HUM	24.56	-0.91
UNH	17.15	0.85
WLP	30.08	0.64

Aetna rose $.67 or 1.9 percent, to $35.92.

CIGNA fell $.02 or .1 percent, to $33.31.

Coventry Healthcare fell $1.00 or 3.1 percent, to $30.86.

Humana fell $1.21 or 3.0 percent, to $39.49.

UnitedHealth rose $3.05 or 14.5 percent, to $24.05.

WellPoint rose $.77 or 1.7 percent, to $45.23.
