NEW YORK - Shares of some top electrical companies are mixed at noon:

APH	19.74	0.74
AVT	12.8	0.7
EMR	32.18	2.2
TNB	17.39	1.03

Amphenol fell $.09 or .2 percent, to $40.18.

Avnet rose $.36 or 1.5 percent, to $24.26.

Emerson Electric rose $1.65 or 4.3 percent, to $40.11.

Thomas & Betts rose $.26 or .7 percent, to $37.20.
