Boeing subsidiary gets $5.4M Army contract

WASHINGTON - The Army has awarded a $5.4 million contract to a subsidiary of Boeing Co. for work on a counterterrorism system.

The contract, announced Tuesday for Autometric Inc. DBA, is for full-motion video analysis to be used in the Counterterrorism Airborne Analysis Center.

Shares of Chicago-based Boeing fell 96 cents to $56.39 in afternoon trading Wednesday.
