WASHINGTON - The Air Force said Wednesday that it made a $36.7 million modification to a contract with Lockheed Martin Corp. for spare parts.

The contract, awarded to Lockheed's aeronautics division, is for providing parts between 2008 and 2010.

Shares of Bethesda, Md.-based Lockheed fell 82 cents to $108.85.
