NEW YORK - Shares of some top food companies are down at 10 a.m.:

BKC	18.44	-0.64
CKR	5.17	-0.11
MCD	52.91	-2.53
WEN	2.89	-0.37

Burger King fell $.75 or 3.1 percent, to $23.46.

CKE Restaurants fell $.43 or 4.5 percent, to $9.08.

McDonalds fell $1.53 or 2.5 percent, to $58.70.

WendyArby fell $.08 or 1.7 percent, to $4.55.
