Presidential Debate October 7 Schedule

The second presidential debate takes place tonight as Republican candidate John McCain faces off against Democratic candidate Barack Obama in a "Town Hall" style debate.

Audience members attending Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee will be able to ask any questions they like. It will be moderated by former NBC anchor Tom Brokaw.

The 90 minute event begins at 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. It will air on all major television and cable networks.

The third debate will take place on Wednesday, October 15 and will deal with economic policy. It will be moderated by CBS presenter Bob Schieffer. The debate will take place at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.
