The photo was taken by boyfriend and father of their 3 biological children, Brad Pitt, according to the Associated Press.
The mother-of-six was photographed in mid-August in the backyard of their French Chateau.
All of their children— Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox — are said to appear in the spread. The magazine will go on sale Oct. 21.
