Nik Wallenda -who gained a Guinness World Record Wednesday for riding a bike on a wire, the highest and longest ever in New Jersey- plans to do it again in the Grand Canyon.

"I'm going to walk across the Grand Canyon next spring," Wallenda told NBC's anchor Kerry Sanders today after his stunning performance. "We already have the permits sealed, and we're ready to go."

The 29 year old man walked and rode a bike across a 235 foot long cable suspended from two cranes, 135 feet above floor level today. His performance was broadcasted live on NBC's "Today" show.

Wallenda, 29, performs at Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus.
