"Legend of the Seeker" star Bridget Regan, who plays Kahlan Amnell in the TV series, appeared on ABC's "The View" on Tuesday, ahead of the premiere .

Regan, in her first national television interview, spoke about the series and said romance is the heart of the show. The actress has also appeared on "Sex and the City" playing the part of a hostess.
"Seeker" is one of the most awaited fantasy-drama epic series of the year. It is debuting on Nov. 1 and 2 nationwide. It stars Craig Horner, Bruce Spence and Craig Parker.
The show, which is scheduled for a 22 episode run, is produced by the creators of "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" and "Xena: Warrior Princess."
