That is if the party lasts till 2:00 a.m. That's when clocks will have to be turned back one hour for daylight savings time.

However, If you can't stay up until 2:00 a.m., it is recommended that you turn all your clocks back just before you go to sleep Saturday night.

A recent study done by Swedish researchers shows that turning your clock back this Sunday may be good for your heart.

The researchers looked at 20 years of records and discovered that the number of heart attacks drops on the Monday after clocks were set back an hour. They say it may be because people got an extra hour of sleep.

The U.S. Fire Department also recommends that everyone change the batteries in all smoke detectors as you change your clocks. Establishing this procedure as a habit will bring you inline with Fire Department recommendations.
