The news came as the company reported a 13 percent jump in third-quarter profit on a double-digit increase in sales.

The company said that despite current economic uncertainty, it expects to exceed its previously announced annual guidance of revenue growth in the range of 8 percent to 10 percent. It also said it expects to exceed earlier guidance of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization growth in the range of 20 percent to 22 percent.

The company expects revenue in the range of $261 million to $263 million for the fourth quarter. It expects to generate EBITDA for the fourth quarter in the range of $42 million to $44 million.

For full-year 2009, the company expects continued growth in revenue and profitability. Excluding the effect of any potential acquisitions, the company currently expects revenue growth in the range of 5 percent to 7 percent, and EBITDA growth in the range of 10 percent to 15 percent.
