SANDUSKY, Ohio - Cedar Fair Entertainment Co. reiterated its full-year revenue forecast Thursday after reporting its third-quarter profit surged 69 percent.

Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters predict full-year revenue of $1 billion.
Cedar Fair recorded sales of $987 million in 2007.
Cedar Fair also said its third-quarter profit jumped 69 percent as year-ago results were weighed down by an impairment charge.
