BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. - Eagle Test Systems Inc., which makes semiconductor testing equipment, said Friday its shareholders approved a plan to sell the company to Teradyne Inc. for about $360 million.
Teradyne is offering $15.65 per Eagle Test share. The buyer makes test systems for electronics, chips and automobiles.
The deal still needs antitrust approval. The waiting period under federal legislation expires Monday.
Eagle shares rose 24 cents to $15.34 in afternoon trading.
