Swiss Producer and import prices continue slowing down in October

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Inflation at producer levels continues declining in Switzerland, on the back of sharp declines in oil prices as well as metals and metal products, according to the Producer and Import Prices Index for October, released by the Federal Statistics Office.
Producer and import prices have declined '0.6% in October, following a 0.5% decline in September, domestic products have posted a 0.3% decline, while imported product prices dropped 1.2% month on month.
Year on year, inflation has grown at a 2.9% level in September, down from 3.7% in September.
