Credit Suisse goes positive on Coca Cola

Mexico City - Credit Suisse changed its recommendation of Mexican bottler Coca-Cola FEMSA SAB de CV (MXK:KOFL) (NYSE:KOF) from a "neutral" development to "Superior than the market average."

Coca-Cola FEMSA SAB de CV was trading up 1.05 points or 2.42 percent to $44.50 a share on the Mexican stock exchange Thursday by 2:40 p.m. CST.

Credit Suisse said the world's second largest bottler can take advantage of the economic crisis and win the competitors by changing its commercialization models.

The bank set a price of US$50 per ADR of KOF, a potential growth of 50 percent compared to its current levels. The bank also forecasted the Mexican bottler to grow 4 percent on its sales volume in 2009.
