US ADP shows a sharp net loss on employment in November

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - US labour market has continued weakening in November, with unemployment levels increasing in all sectors of US economy, according to data released by the ADP National Employment Report.

Non farm private employment declined in 250,000 persons in November, instead of the 195,000 increase forecasted by the experts, while figures for October have been revised to a 179,000 decline from the 157 fall previously estimated.

Employment loss was driven again by the goods producing sector, which posted a 158,000 decline in November, while employment in the manufacturing sector posted its twentieth consecutive decline, by 118,000 this time. Employment in the services sector declined by 92,000, employment on the services sector fell for the second time since November 2002.
