Kelly, a wide receiver from Gadsden, picked the Crimson Tide over LSU and Tennessee. He is a Rivals250 prospect who is ranked sixth in Alabama.
While, Justine Brown, The four-star prospect out of Concord, and Rival 250 wide receiver chose Pennsylvania State after picking the Nittany Lions over Rutgers.
