S&P Case-Shiller Index Shows 18.1% Decline In Home Prices From Last Year

RTTNews - The S&P Case-Shiller Index showed that home prices fell 0.6 percent in April compared to the previous month, according to a survey of 20 U.S. cities. This represented an 18.1 percent slide compared to the same period last year.

On a 10-city basis, the report showed a 0.7 percent decline.
