Michael Jackson died of cardiac arrest on June 25 in Los Angeles, a tragedy that is leading to an even wider tragedy as at least 12 fans have reportedly committed suicide.

According to the LifelineAustralia, some callers have told counselors that Michael Jackson's death had left them distressed.
Gary Taylor, who owns the biggest Michael Jackson online fan club, said he was aware of about at least 12 people suicides following the pop star's death, the examiner.com reported last week.
"It is a serious situation that these people are going through but Michael Jackson would never want this," Mr Taylor said. "He would want them to live."
After hearing the news, Jackson family friend the Reverend Jesse Jackson urged fans not to "self-destruct" but to celebrate his life.
"This is a time when hearts are heavy," Jesse Jackson said. "There is great pain but great cause to celebrate Michael's life," he said.
"It made Michael happy saying 'We Are the World'. Don't self destruct," he added.
Thousands of fans are expected to pay their last tributes to the King of Pop and the Memorial service will take place on Tuesday, July 7 at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.
