Yahoo to announce 2Q earnings
Yahoo Inc. is scheduled to report its second-quarter results after the stock market closes Tuesday. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters, on average, predicted that Yahoo will earn 8 cents per share on revenue of $1.14 billion after subtracting commissions paid to advertising partners. The earnings estimate doesn't include a projected charge of up to $27 million to cover the costs of the second-quarter layoffs.

Apple to announce 3Q earnings
Apple, the iPhone maker, is scheduled to report their fiscal third quarter 2009 results after the market closes on Tuesday. Analyst estimate between $1.02 earnings per share to a high of $1.31, with a consensus estimate of $1.15.

Amazon to report 2Q earnings
Amazon.com is scheduled to report their second quarter 2009 results after the market closes on Thursday. Analysts at EarningsPreviews.com are forecasting revenues of $4.71 billion and EPS of $.34. This would represent a 16% increase in revenues from last year’s $4.06 billion in the same period.

Microsoft will release its 4Q earning results
Microsoft will announce its fourth-quarter earnings on Thursday. Analysts on average estimate that Microsoft will post earnings of 36 cents a share for the period ending in June, on $14.38 billion in revenue, according to data from Thomson Reuters. That compares with earnings of 46 cents a share and $15.84 billion in revenue in the same period a year earlier.
