Wykanta Acquires Asian Distribution Rights for Global Biotech Corp.’s (GBIQ.OB) Products

Under the terms of the agreement, Wykanta International, Inc. will have the exclusive distribution rights for all Global Biotech’s new and existing products in the Asian market, including China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and India. The agreement applies to all of GBC’s existing product line as well as any new products that may be introduced in the future. This agreement provides Wykanta with an expanded customer base that it will sell to, in addition to its Adnutrio weight loss line of products.

In addition to the retail sales of the company’s weight loss products through its wholly owned subsidiary Adnutrio International Inc., the management team at Wykanta International, Inc. believes that this exclusive agreement with Global Biotech will provide the company with an expanded consumer base and will help support the company’s future growth prospects internationally.
