Dole Food Co Inc said on Tuesday it has filed for an initial public offering of 35.7 million shares at a price ranging from $13 per share to $15 per share.
The world's largest producer of fresh fruits and vegetables has applied to have its shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "DOLE.
Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities and Wells Fargo Securities will act as joint book running managers for the offering.
