NEW YORK - Shares of Apple Inc rose above $200 to a new all-time high after the closing bell on Monday as the company reported earnings and revenue results that beat analysts' estimates.

Shares were up at $202.61, or 6.7 percent, after briefly rising above their all-time high of $202.96.

Shares closed the regular session at $189.86.
