LG Elec shares drop 5.4 pct on outlook worries

Shares in LG Electronics Inc extended losses on Thursday afternoon, falling more than 5 percent on growing concerns about a slowdown in the fourth quarter despite forecast-beating earnings. By 0434 GMT, LG shares were down 5.4 percent at 114,000 won, compared with the KOSPI's 1.4 percent loss.
