CAD: another warning

BoC Governor Carney reiterated that the strong CAD will act as a significant further drag on growth. Carney said intervention is always an option for the BoC, but the bank's target is inflation and not a specific level of CAD. We continue to expect USDCAD to hover around 1.05.
