Jamie McCourt was fired as the Los Angeles Dodgers chief executive by her husband Frank McCourt amid an affair scandal with her bodyguard Jeff Fuller, the Associated Press reports.
Jamie McCourt and Fuller confessed their affair to the team, AP reports.
Mrs. McCourt filed for divorce papers on Tuesday and is seeking to get her position in the Dodgers again claiming her husband "plotted to boot her from the team's front office as a way to 'humiliate and ostracize her," the agency reported. Frank McCourt filed papers opposing her demand the following day.
