FXstreet.com (Sydney) - The New Zealand dollar rose briefly to 0.7225 and settled back to 0.717 as concerns around risk aversion remains.
Changes in both the Kiwi and the Aussie are largely linked given they are seen as growth currencies and subject to rises and falls in tandem with equity and commodity prices. Further changes may be expected after Reserve Bank announcements on interest rates in Australia today.
