T-mobile outage

The T-mobile network was on Tuesday hit with a widespread voice and data service outage Tuesday affecting subscribers across the country.

 T-Mobile, Bellevue in Washington sent the following statement to Channelweb.com late Tuesday:

"We're making good progress restoring voice and messaging service to affected customers. At this time, approximately 5 percent of T-Mobile customers are experiencing service disruptions. Issues began at approximately 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. Our rapid response team is working continuously to fully resolve this disruption. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused our customers."

Thats horse shit because they only gave ppl a 5 dollar credit on a bill when it should have been much much more....at least something for each individual line someone has...i couldnt get in touch with anyone and my cell is my only phone...i think they should offer something better than that!

it was only 1 day..its actually a profit on your part. just figure if your paying $50 per month thats a little over a dollar a day. tmobile just paid you bill for 3 days. get over it. cell phones arent perfect. get a landline. waaa its your only phone. you should consider that when you buy a cell phone.
