France consumer spending surpass expectations

France consumer spending for October fell to 1.1% from the revised prior reading of 2.4% from 2.3% which is higher than the expected reading of 0.4%, on the year the index rose to 3.5% from the revised previous reading of 1.1% from 1.0% which is a rise from the projected 2.3%.
