The Turkey Talk hot line, which opens annually in November and December, assists people with cooking tips and solutions for many turkey recipes.

The "Turkey Talk line" is powered by Butterball, LLC. It employs more than 50 trained economists and nutritionists to answer any inquiry related to the process of cooking a turkey.

Inquiries vary among which pan to use, what to do when the turkey is on fire, and when to start roasting the turkey so it's ready by halftime.

The Turkey Talk-line responds to more than 100,000 questions each November and December, according to their website.
