The commander in chief of the Indian army said a limited nuclear war in south Asia remains an option for India. This statement came in the first memory of Mumbai events that took place in November 26 last year and led to the death of 166 people, and it was followed by accusations between Indian and Pakistan of not fighting terrorisms.
